Below are the CHAMPS payroll responsibilities of the teacher-coach, principal, payroll secretary, and OSWP:

- Creates student roster
- Records student attendance
- Submits per-session timesheet that corresponds to:
- student daily sign-in sheet
- CHAMPS Manager App attendance
- timecard
- Manages balance of remaining CHAMPS allotted hours
| - Reviews hours on teacher-coach timesheets
- Ensures timesheet is signed by Principal/Supervisor
- Confirms with teacher-coach student attendance is entered via CHAMPS Manager App
- Uses CHAMPS location and Bulk Job Codes to process timesheets (See: Bulk Job Code Email)
- Files CHAMPS documents for possible school audit (i.e., Circular Vacancy; OP-175; timesheets; and timecards)
| - Verifies payroll data submitted by payroll staff
- Approves payroll data (Data in CHAMPS Manager = Timesheet entries
- Notifies Teacher-Coach via borough inbox if there are discrepancies; and follows up to reconcile payroll accordingly.

All 3 record sources must have the same dates and times in order for the Office of School Wellness Programs to approve the teacher-coach's payroll.
