If a class is missing from the class set-up list, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

• Another teacher has set it up under their account: Check the class summary tab on the class set up screen and see if it's listed in the overall list.

• The course is not entered into the STARS system: Check with the staff member at your school who enters STARS data to see what PE courses are entered. Keep in mind that NYC FITNESSGRAM updates nightly, so newly entered courses will show up the next day.

• The course is not coded as a physical education course: Check with the staff member at your school who enters STARS data to see what PE course codes are being used. The codes should begin with a "P" (but not "PH" - that's health education).
