PE classes in NYC FITNESSGRAM are generated based on the data entered into the STARS scheduling system.

If you have issues with courses, course names, or student rosters, please speak directly to the assigned staff member in your school who updates STARS information. The system refreshes STARS information every night and will be reflected the day after.

Some causes for a course and roster inaccuracies include:

• The course is not entered into the STARS system correctly.
• The course is not coded as a physical education course. The code should begin with a P (but not PH–that's health education).
