First, confirm that you can sign in to your DOE email successfully. The username and password used for your DOE email and NYC FITNESSGRAM through Wellness Hub are the same. If you are unable to log in to your email, then your password may have expired.


You can reset your password by using the Password Tool (opens in new window) and/or by contacting the DOE Help Desk at (718) 935-5100 to have them reset it for you.


Once you are successfully able to log in to your DOE email, try logging in again to Wellness Hub and access NYC FITNESSGRAM.
