Many of the professional learning workshops and trainings sponsored by the Office of School Wellness Programs are considered acceptable New York State Education Department Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) courses. Each course description listed in the OSWP PL catalog includes the number of CTLE credit hours that participants earn by attending an eligible training for its full duration. Educators can access and print their own certificate of completion about 48-72 hours after each training.
Printing Certificates of Completion:
After attending a professional learning session: 1. Log in (using your DOE email alias and password) to the Office of School Wellness Programs' Wellness Hub. 2. Click profile icon (top right corner). 3. Click My Profile. 4. Under Go to (blue box in the upper right), select Events/CTLE from drop down menu. |  |
5. Select an individual event from the list of events you have attended. 6. Be sure to scroll all the way to the right. Click Print Certificate.
7. In the Print Menu, under Options, check the “Background graphics” box before printing. Please note: You can also use directions 1-4 provided above to view upcoming events you are registered for. Access to CTLE certificates and other certificates of completion for viewing, downloading, and printing is not available on mobile devices or tablets.
