Move-to-Improve is designed for elementary grades. 

• In elementary schools, Kindergarten through 5th grade teachers are eligible to attend Move-to-Improve trainings. 
• In K-8 or K-12 schools, Kindergarten through 6th grade teachers are eligible. Per New York State PE requirements, 6th grade students follow elementary PE requirements in K-6, K-8, and K-12 schools.

Although Pre-K and 3-K do not have the same PE requirements, teachers have a unique opportunity to introduce students to Move-to-Improve at an early age.
