Schools are encouraged to train all staff in the Move-to-Improve program, however, the following teaching titles are included in the school’s Move-to-Improve training percentage:
- Teacher
- Teacher – Adaptive Phys Ed
- Teacher – Bilingual
- Teacher – Lead Special Ed
- Teacher – Lead Teacher
- Teacher – Model
- Teacher – Regular Grades
- Teacher – Regular Grades - ESL
- Teacher – Special Education
All school staff (e.g. para, social worker, parent coordinator) are encouraged to attend school-led workshops, but they are not calculated in the school’s training percentage towards their All-Star status.
