The Move-to-Improve team recommends the following best practices to help ensure that trained champions provide a successful school-led turnkey workshop: 

• Schedule school-led workshops on Monday afternoons during professional learning time. 
• Cap workshop at 30 teachers and hold sessions in a classroom to simulate space and in-class practices. 
• Administrators are strongly encouraged to schedule and attend school-led workshops.
