After completing a school-led workshop, the Champion or school leader should submit sign-in sheets documenting staff attendance at the workshop by emailing the Office of School Wellness Programs Borough Team inbox. Sign-in sheets can be submitted at any time during the school year, but in order to support a school's All-Star status, they must be submitted before January 31 each year.
