If you don't have a DOE email address you can still access the Wellness Hub features and be added to a council. 

  1. Go to the login page of the Wellness Hub (opens in new window).
  2. Click "Create Non-DOE Account" and follow the instructions. 
  3. Ask another council member with a DOE login to add you on the Wellness Council Page of the Wellness Council Manager app (opens in new window). Make sure they add you with your preferred email address that you used to create a login.
  4. Ask the principal to login to the Wellness Council Manager and approve you. 
  5. You will receive an email with your login information after the principal has approved adding you to the council (the principal must approve you before you can gain access).


In the meantime, you may enter the Wellness Hub as a guest

  1. Go to the Wellness Hub and click “Create an account or Reset Password (for Non-DOE).” 
  2. After you have filled in the required information, click “Check Availability,” and add a Password.
  3. Then click “Create Account.” 
  4. Log in with your new account information.
