Please ask your interim acting or substitute principal to review your application in the Wellness Council Manager. Once they have reviewed the application, ask them to email your OSWP borough team from their DOE email account with the following information:
- Your school’s DBN
- Their current (substitute or interim acting principal) and former titles
- A message explaining that they approve the plan and would like it to be submitted for review
Ask them to Cc other administrators and your principal who is on leave on this email.
