Steps to enter CHAMPS schedule and location: 

  1. Login to the Wellness Hub (opens in a new browser window)  
  2. On the Wellness Hub homepage, under Internal Apps, click on the "CHAMPS Manager app icon."
     
  3. See on the left side, CHAMPS Manager app sidebar, and click on "View Coach Programs."



  4. Activity Column: See the activity column to select the specific activity.
  5. View Programs: On the "View Programs" page, click on the hyperlinked activity to set a location and schedule. The activity Baseball is circled on the View Programs page.
  6. Program Profile: On the "Program Profile" page, click on the "Go To" drop down menu at the top right-hand corner of the page and select "Location Schedule."

  7. Location Schedule: At the "Location Schedule" page, click on the clock in either the AM Start Time/AM End Time; or PM Start Time/PM End time; in the row to indicate when you will meet with your students.   

 AM and PM Start Time and End Time are circled in the Monday row.
