If you don't have the link to a previous event's registration page easily available, you can follow the steps below to access event support documents and related resources that have been uploaded to the registration page on Event Manager.


Accessing an Event's Registration Page on Event Manager:


After attending a professional learning session or other event: 


1. Log in (using your DOE email alias and password) to the Office of School Wellness Programs' Wellness Hub.  


2. Click profile icon (top right corner). 


3. Click My Profile. 


4. Under Go to (blue box in the upper right), select Events/CTLE from drop-down menu.

5. Click on the title of an individual event from the list of events you have attended. 

6. On the event's registration page; links to any uploaded related documents and resources appear here. 

Only event participants who have been marked as "Attended" in Event Manager can view these files. 


Please note:  You can also use directions 1-4 provided above to view upcoming events you are registered for. Access to CTLE certificates and other certificates of completion for viewing, downloading, and printing is not available on mobile devices or tablets. To view, download, or print a certificate, please use a desktop or laptop computer and be sure to scroll all the way to the right.
