For DOE staff members with Wellness Hub sign-in issues, please follow the following steps. 

  1. Confirm you have access to https://portal.office.com (opens in a new browser window) using your username@schools.nyc.gov email address.
  2. If unable to sign in, we recommend you reset your password through the NYCDOE Password and Profile Management Tool (opens in a new browser window) or by contacting the Help Desk at (718) 935 - 5100.
  3. If successful in signing in, we still strongly recommend that you reset your password or inquire from the Help Desk if your password has recently expired. 
  4. If the password reset is successful, we recommend clearing the browser cache data by following the How to Clear Your Browser's Cache (opens in a new browser window) article. 
  5. If everything else fails, we recommend submitting a support request through the NYCPS Support Hub or by contacting the Help Desk at (718) 935 - 5100 to investigate uncommon scenarios like a recent name change or inactive employees.
