- Confirm you have access to https://portal.office.com (opens in a new browser window) using your username@schools.nyc.gov email address.
- If unable to sign in, we recommend you reset your password through the NYCDOE Password and Profile Management Tool (opens in a new browser window) or by contacting the Help Desk at (718) 935 - 5100.
- If successful in signing in, we still strongly recommend that you reset your password or inquire from the Help Desk if your password has recently expired.
- If the password reset is successful, we recommend clearing the browser cache data by following the How to Clear Your Browser's Cache (opens in a new browser window) article.
- If everything else fails, we recommend submitting a support request through the NYCPS Support Hub or by contacting the Help Desk at (718) 935 - 5100 to investigate uncommon scenarios like a recent name change or inactive employees.
